The internet is reported as the most likely place for buyers to look for property to buy and according to realestate.com.au, has an audience of more than 3 million visitors on their site searching for properties every month and 86% of potential buyers use the internet as their main tool when searching for property. Sites such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au are the most popular.

The world just got brighter and it is all online, No longer are buyers lining up to the real estate agent’s shop front windows to see the latest house on the market and gone are the days of the agent driving the buyers around to view homes.  Even so, some agents still expect you to pay for vendor advertising. They usually do this to promote themselves, their franchise or their brand.
